In 2009, after 12 years in the Home
Building industry, my husband decided it was time to
move on. He had always done projects for family &
friends, and had built his own home in Arvada. He
started doing handyman projects part-time for friends
and colleagues for a couple of years until customers
were asking him to do larger projects for them. Out of
that, 1st Choice Restoration, LLC was born; incorporated
and licensed in 2010.
We have always made customers our #1 priority, we
believe in providing the highest levels of customer
service along with high quality, and it has proved to be
a very solid foundation since we started our business.
This has also enabled us to grow our business
tremendously.
We’ll work with you to keep you in budget,
removing the guess work and make the unknowns, known.
